After many years of refinement, this design is as far as I am going to take the concept. It is the simplest and most robust design. The token size this model takes is up to 29mm x 62mm finishing tokens, please check your token size before printing. You will also need: • 6 x M6 (6mm) x 25mm long bolts with hex heads • 6 x M6 locking hex nuts (the ones I use include a little collar of nylon so they don’t come loose • 6 x Brother sewing machine bobbins. • 2 lengths of elastic, each 65 cm long with loops at each end (55 once the loops have been created). I sew the loops, but others have simply tied them. • 2 x small mini (2mm x 4mm) magnets to secure the lid (there are holes to take the magnets, but you could also use a couple of stick-on magnets or stick-on Velcro. There are two main STL versions of the main body, one is “raw” and the other includes some easy to remove supports. If you want to generate your own supports, then use the raw model. A few years ago, I created a video showing how to load the dispenser.
