Parkour dude jumping over brick wall
thingiverse
I made this during an internship with the awesome Thomas Parkour dude! Check it out and remix it :)\nThe Parkour dude is a vectorized raster image (created using Inkscape) => DXF => SWX => 3D part scaled & plug connected to brick wall\nThe text was just scaled and fused at an angle with SWX to the brick wall\nPrinted successfully with:\nPETG silver (200-230°C extruder, 90°C bed recommended)\nSettings used:\n40% infill\n210°C extruder\n75°C bed (90°C part removal was almost not possible, 60°C caused too much warping)\n~50°C cabinet\n10-40% is more than enough for wall parts with text three outside layers recommended for better text quality. Text angle ~47° => no support needed on most printers.\nThe rectangular plug connection needs some sanding at the end to fit nicely, we used a small file to do this.\nCheers,\nMartin & Thomas\nPrint Settings:\nPrinter: \n Cubicon Single 110F\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2 Layer; 0.4 Nozzle\n \n Infill: \n 20-40%
