Our supplier said the supply of nozzles for our Parker GX121 paint guns was running low, and the cost kept going up. In order to future proof these, I started modeling all of the typical wear components. While probably not necessary, I print these with 100% infill. Given that this is a wear component, having a little extra material in there certainly won't hurt.After printing, just remove the supports and you can install without any sanding or fitting. Stay tuned for the throat on the pump. I need to do some more testing and revising before that file is ready.
