In the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is a marble sculpture named "Paris." This artwork was created by Antonio Canova, an Italian artist born in Possagno in 1757 and passed away in Venice in 1822. The piece, which measures 203.2 cm overall, is classified as a sculpture and belongs to the culture of Italy, specifically Rome. It's believed that this particular version was made around 1822-23, while the original marble version was completed in November 1812. The "Paris" sculpture was part of an exhibition at the museum during the MakerBot Hackathon in June 2012 and is now owned by the museum following a bequest from Lillian Rojtman Berkman in 2001, with an accession number of 2003.21.2.
