thingiverse
Working on optimization, constantly tweaking parameters for larger tube sizes. Remix is encouraged! The current configuration doesn't include the "xxxx.dxf" file in the customizer, use OpenScad to adjust it properly. Printer Settings Brand: RepRap Printer Model: MicroDelta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution Tested: 0.2mm-0.4mm, all options worked Infill Density: 30% Notes: The z-scara was problematic in certain bends, breaking devices during prints. Experiment with slicer settings to resolve this issue. Design Process From Inkscape, the design evolved iteratively into OpenSCAD, where it was finally printed using Slic3r. I designed the outer shape in Inkscape, exporting a proper .dxf file afterwards. Next, the design was imported and extruded in OpenSCAd, featuring punching holes for tubing and adding squeeze bumps. This design has gone through multiple iterations and experimental trials to achieve perfection.
