Parametrized darts case (Fusion360)
thingiverse
Designed in Fusion360 (.f3d), darts case intended to be 3d printed in 2 parts and assembled with 2 small O-rings. This is my first project with parameters, so don't expect perfection. Design is not infallible, but should work with any standard dimension of point, barrel, shaft and flight. Default parameters are made for Red Dragon Evos/Stag 24g with medium shaft and standard dart flight. When 3d printed fits perfectly, doesn't scratch or bend flights and doesn't get stuck in case. For Condor Zero Stress or other plastic flights it is possible to adjust flight thickness parameter accordingly. How to use it: Open the design (.f3d) in Fusion360, modify parameters, hide lower parts, export to .stl, unhide lower and hide upper parts, export again. Slice exported .stl files with slicer of your choice and you can print the case. If you use non-standard flights (e.g. kite, slim, pear) let me know which parameters you used and I will update this description with list of useful parameters :) If you have any issue with parameters for your darts, let me know and I will try to update the design. ------------------------------------Changelog:------------------------------------ parametrized_darts_case_v1.f3d: 1st working version parametrized_darts_case_V2.f3d: chamfered edges for smoother flight entrance
