A versatile parametric vial rack originally designed for accommodating headspace vials, yet easily adaptable for any purpose you may envision. The columns feature a distinct letter heading, while rows boast a corresponding numerical heading, reminiscent of the functionality found in Excel software. Slightly skewed walls protrude from the vial holders by 1 mm, providing a unique visual effect. The SCAD is pre-programmed with specifications tailored to 22x46 vials, and incorporates a fragment number setting of $fn 15 for editing purposes. Before converting the design into STL format, I have set both fragment number inputs to 360 for optimal results. It is essential that you accurately enter the actual diameter of your vial when using this rack.
