Rev20 Update: I upgraded the coding of how the inside cuts were made more flexible and parametric. You can now adjust the variable InsertTool_Gap to the gap distance that works best for your printer. The default is .5, which was improved from the original .4. I included a PDF file showing some dimensions that might not be obvious at first glance. Additionally, I added 2 test STL files and the OpenSCAD file I modified for the test prints. However, I only created test prints for the US version. After creating the first parametric remix of this design, I decided to upgrade it with a few changes. The amount of plastic the EMT Bolt Head rested against seemed too short, and the angle of those connections was not parallel with the inside cuts. So, I increased the plastic support for the Bolt Head to 6mm from 2.14mm (US) to provide better stability. Furthermore, I made sure that the EMT screw mounts are now parallel to the side Tool Holder slots and radial to the Vertical EMTs. There is one OpenSCAD file that you can use to create either the EMT mounting bracket or the tool holder connected to that mount. You have 44 variables at your disposal to customize according to your needs. Most of them should be self-explanatory, but if not, feel free to ask for clarification. I included a PDF file with the 2D layout I used to compute the 3D geometry, which might help you understand some hardcoded dimensions.
