This is a high-tech derivative of RichRap's famous universal paste extruder.\nIt was completely reengineered using openSCAD software.\n\nI wanted to utilize 20ml syringes instead of the standard 10ml, so an additional gear was integrated to generate sufficient torque.\nThe design is quite impressive, but it fits seamlessly onto a standard Prusa X-carriage.\n\nI attempted to make all adjustments dependent on syringe size, but this proved too challenging.\nSo the default settings are optimized for 20ml syringes.\nIf you want to switch to 10ml or 50ml syringes, you'll need to modify more than just the syringe radius variable.\nI also included base plates, in case someone wants to cast it.\n\nThe syringe extruder successfully printed frost, hazelnut spread, and marzipan.\n\nBy adding jelly mid-print and pouring chocolate over the finished print, you can create printed multimaterial candy.\n\nIf you'd like to learn more about this project, visit: www.ifeelbeta.de\n\nBest regards,\nBonsaiBrain
