The cyl_truss() function in OpenSCAD generates a flat truss using cylinders. It automatically constructs a triangular support framework based on your desired length and height. However, the computation process can take some time, so please be patient. Also, if you opt for point-to-point connections, there might be slight errors due to trigonometry. Recently, I removed the $fn variables to enhance printability; these variables increased resolution but also render time significantly.
