Parametric Tray (Puzzle sorting tray)

I tried to design this basic Puzzle Tray as compact as possible without impact to usability. Is extremely useful for sorting the larger puzzles. Printed from PLA on Prusa MK3S, 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle, 4 bottom layers are 100% filled, walls consist from 3 perimeters, with brim to avoid corners warping. Time to print is about 90-100 minutes with my settings (0.2 SPEED at Prusa Slicer). Key features: - measures 15cmx12cm, that allows to place 20 trays on a small coffee table of 60cmx60cm size - 2 cm height allows to put there up to 150-200 puzzle pieces (~1.5cmx1.5cm each) without spilling over the edges - 45 degrees tilted walls allows to stick well visible label to it - inside and outside surfaces match almost 100%, so it allows to put trays into tight stack almost without air gaps: stack of 10 trays is about 3.5cm high - wall thickness is 1.2mm, bottom's one is 0.8mm, that makes the tray light and fast to print 2021 Mar 02 update: the design has been re-created in OpenSCAD, so from now on this model is parametric in Customizer.
