The customizable tray grid can be designed using parameters such as overall height, tray dimensions (width and depth), number of trays in both x and y directions, wall thickness, and edge radius. Edit these specifications within the tray_grid.scad file in OpenSCAD or Customizer, then render the design and export it as an STL file. Alternatively, use the provided 2x2 grid STL with tray dimensions of 55mm x 40mm x 30mm. For printing, opt for 100% infill or simply fill the walls using perimeter layers.
