Size is 150x60mm. Cad source provided (OpenSCAD).
The model is fully parametric and can easily be changed to fit your needs.
I used a heated bed (50 degrees C) to avoid warping issues.
Link arms were printed with a resolution of 0.16mm, the rest with 0.24mm.
For assembly you will need:
16 M3x10mm screws
16 M3 nuts

Source updated to include an optional carrying handle.
Proposed extra material for handle:
Aluminium pipe 2x150mm, dia 5mm/3mm
4 M4x6mm screws (if pipe endpoints can be threaded)
Alternative, threaded rod M3 2x164mm + M3 lock nuts
