This OpenSCAD parametric model allows you to create a custom timing pulley for your needs. The pulley can be fixed onto a threaded shaft with a nut or using set screws. You can configure it to fit your belt and observe the overhang rule of thumb for printability without support material. It's designed to work well with Synchroflex(R) timing belts from RS, providing an affordable belt-driven system. To use, place teardrop.scad in the MCAD folder and render using F6; for a more updated version, refer to Version 4 on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:36568).
