Parametric synth stand (Fusion 360)
thingiverse
Parametric synthesizer stand. Designed to be held together with threaded rods and nuts, where the diameter can be changed with a parameter. I opted for two legs but you can print as many as you want and simply connect them with the rods. The model is quite large so I split the leg into five pieces to glue together. I printed mine with Prusa 3D mk1 out of PLA using 20 or 15% infill. ### Disclaimer Since I lacked the willpower to convert my project to Openscad for customizing, I thought I wouldn't upload any STLs here and just leave a link to the Fusion 360 project but I can publish it without an actual model so I uploaded STLs that I exported which are sized for the Novation Peak. Note that even if you wanted to use them for the Peak check out the pictures and see if you don't want to tweak anyway (I chose the depth parameter based on the official Peak dimensions - which include the knobs). ### Get the Fusion 360 project * Follow the link for the Fusion 360 project https://a360.co/3fKXF89 * Open it in Fusion * Change the parameters to your liking * Export to STL (each of the five pieces separately...or together if your printer can take it) * Print * Enjoy ### Interesting parameters * **Height, depth** - height is the length of the part of the stand the back of the synth leans against, depth is the lower support part that the front of the synth box rests on (width is just to see what it will look like and doesn't affect the stand) * **Angle** - how inclined the stand will be (20-60 works fine, not sure about other values) * **Rod diameter** - diameter of the threaded rod (a little excess is added automatically) * **Nut size** - nut size (a little excess is added automatically) * **Nut depth** - nut depth (a little excess is added automatically) * **Leg width** - total leg width
