Reel for holding SMD components is essential for use with pick-and-place machines. By default, the reel's standard diameter is 7 inches, but this and other specifications can be tailored in our customizer to meet specific needs. To assemble the reel, print it twice, then snap the two parts together while paying close attention to the alignment of the three slots within the hub. If assembled incorrectly, rest assured that this usually has minimal consequences. This is an uncomplicated print job that requires neither support nor brims. There are two variants of this reel design: one without any additional features and another with a designated area for attaching a label. Users can freely combine these options to suit their preferences. When used in conjunction with a pick-and-place machine, this reel can prove extremely useful. Additionally, it serves its original purpose flawlessly. For optimal use within a projector setup, ensure the three slots are aligned correctly; they have two possible configurations, one being incorrect.
