Parametric Sifting Tray with Replaceable Grate

This is a versatile sifting tray with interchangeable bottoms, drawing inspiration from Ivestfd's innovative Garden Soil Sifter but re-designed from scratch for optimal performance. The replaceable grate allows users to have one single box (a ~4 hour print) and multiple grates tailored to different applications (~1 hour each on my printer). I've created a customized version with OpenSCAD, introducing key enhancements: * Parametric sizing and spacing enable seamless adjustments. * Long "wires" supported within the sides and centre replace traditional square grids, effectively sifting narrow objects at their width, not length. * The rounded edges of the "wires" gently guide objects through the gap. Keep in mind that this design is intended for light-duty use only, unsuitable for heavy objects. STL files are available in default 120x120mm format for each whole mm spacing from 1 to 10, with "wire" thickness calibrated to match the chosen spacing. To customize the grating, users can employ Customizer; however, adjustments to box size and other parameters require utilizing OpenSCAD for optimal results.
