This SCAD model, similar to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7153, offers a variety of adjustable parameters. Default settings include a shaft ranging from 5mm to 7.8mm, matching my machine's measurements. I eliminated the one-side cut, which caused uneven pressure and wobble. Customize your coupling by changing: shaft diameters, bolt sizes, washers (if used), nut traps, and overall dimensions. This results in a strong yet plastic-efficient coupling with a cleaner STL file compared to previous versions. To create your custom coupling, open the SCAD file and adjust the commented parameters.
