Parametric septa / sleeve stoppers generator and stl examples for tubes, bottles & NMR tubes. Few samples have been provided too.It contains a table to generate septas from 3 to 35mm in diameter, and the option to create custom septas defining the lower and high diameter. It also has the option to add a hole in the plug for a better seal and use less material.Ideally print in TPU, with 3 walls in bottom/top/walls. Check the infill depending of your requirements, but if you go for something big then it would be more difficult to squish and seal the tube. a 5/10% feels ok with my 95A geeetech. For the ones with hole print them with the hole pointing up. notes:if you try to use a huge difference between the two diameters with hole, the use of supports can become mandatory. I used a difference of 1 or 2mm between the two diameters in all the provided septas.avoid the holes in the small septas. The strining can become a huge problem.Be sure that your TPU is dry, and your printer well calibrated for that filamentI'm not currently working in a lab. I used hollow cylinders printed with transparent 3dfils PLA for the demo (but please, use only PLA here for household or decoration)
