I needed a cool box for some battery packs I build and found this design online. In order to use it the way I wanted I couldn't use the original model so I mostly recreated it in Fusion360. You can adjust the internal dimensions using parameters but some of the patterns and champfers might break because I couldn't find a good way to make everything perfectly adjust. The files contain a big box I used for a 3s5p 18650 battery pack with the internal dimensions of 98x60x80mm and a smaller box I used for a 2s5p pack with the internal dimensions 98x40x80mm.If you need help with anything just write me.Additional Parts:4*M3 Heatset Inserts4*M3x18mm ScrewsFor mounting to anything else there are two holes in the back for M5 flathead screws to screw into something from the inside. For printing:The box doesn't need supports but you might wanna add some on the steep sections on each side. The lid is printed right side up and has some pretty big bridges and overhang on the edge. Best way to print is with Curas tree supports. I had no problems and it all came off in one piece.
