I've been gathering supplies for building my own engines for model rockets and needed a reusable mold that's theoretically sound. I haven't printed the design yet or attempted to use it to form an engine, but when I do print it, I'll likely use PLA at 185 with a 50% infill and hope for the best results. Given its PLA material, I plan on applying a clear coat inside to ensure durability. Might switch to ABS instead because if I ever want to make composite fuel-based engines, I'd need to leave them in higher temperatures to cure than PLA can handle. I recommend spraying some form of lubricant before adding fuel to create an engine as they can be a hassle to remove later on. The current STL files are roughly based off an Estes E9-4 rocket engine, but I've included the .f3d file so you can modify it or create something better.
