Parametric rim valve adapter

<p>This is a customizable parametric adapter for a bike rim mainly for adapting a Schrader type hole to a Presta valve.</p><p>The adapter that came with my rim destroyed several tubes in the last months, which led me to design my own printable version. Since every rim is slightly different I decided to create a parametric model in OpenSCAD.</p><p>You can choose between a rectangular base or a flange that holds the adapter in place.</p><p>I uploaded one stl file with the version that I printed and that you can see on the photos. It uses the rectangular base (18x10 mm), 6.15 mm inner diameter, 8.7 mm outer diameter and 10 mm adapter length.</p><p>If you print this model, I'd love to see your makes and hear back how it worked for you.</p>
