Parametric Rift DK2 Lens Cup

I was inspired by marrr's project on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:499453) and my recent experiments with OpenSCAD, so I decided to take a shot at creating a parametric lens cup for Oculus Rift DK2. Initially, I used marrr's measurements from one of his pictures but they turned out to be slightly off, so I remeasured everything and now it seems to fit perfectly ;). With a few tweaks to make it printable without support, I ended up with a model that looks great when printed and should fit most users. The model requires 2 parameters: IPD increase per eye = (your_ipd - 63.5) / 2 and lens cup height (as measured from the mount plate to the top lens edge, not the lens center as it's not flat), so it's 20mm for 'A' lens equivalent and 17mm for 'B' lens - or any other value between 9mm and infinity if you know your eye sight.
