Parametric PVC connectors
thingiverse
This is a model I created for joining pvc pipe to make FPV drone racing gates. The model is parametric and can be modified to whatever size you need, and however many different directions you need connectors. These are definitely not as strong as standard PVC joints, but they're strong enough to use for whoop gates. I've broken one by knocking over a 90" tall gate, but not with normal use (setup, crashing into them etc). I've included STLs for 1/2" PVC pipe as well as 3/4" but I havent tested the 3/4" so you'll want to double check the sizes before printing. Editing the model is very easy. Just open the F360 file, and change user parameters. Set your ID and OD to match your PVC pipe. after that just hide any bodies you don't want and them combine the remaining bodies. Using this you can create anything from an elbow, a tee, a cross etc. I oversized my ID a couple .1s over what I actually measured to get a better fit. The pegs have a small amount of taper on them so the sizing doesn't have to be perfect.
