Parametric pulley - lots of tooth profiles
thingiverse
Create a range of custom metric and imperial pulleys with any number of teeth specified in an OpenSCAD file. Supported tooth profiles include MXL, 40 D.P., XL, L, T2.5, T5, T10, AT5, HTD 3mm, HTD 5mm, HTD 8mm, GT2 2mm, GT2 3mm, and GT2 5mm. Edit the pulley's fit, base, captive nut slot for the set screw, motor shaft diameter, height, and belt retainers. Attached STL files serve as reference pulleys for reprap-sized parts. The OpenSCAD file was initially created to generate square-toothed pulleys, but it has been updated with tooth profiles for improved linear motion. To use, download the OpenSCAD file or customize through the customizer (though limits apply). Print your perfect pulley and adjust printing speed if necessary to reduce blobs and stringing.
With this file you will be able to print Parametric pulley - lots of tooth profiles with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Parametric pulley - lots of tooth profiles.
