<p>Use PETG for this print. PLA might not be flexible enough and the hinge might snap.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I've printed it in Prusament PETG with the default &nbsp;“0.25 mm DRAFT” setting on Prusa Mini+ (attached).<br><br>First few open/close need a bit of force but then it's pretty easy.<br><br><strong>Update</strong>:<br><br>Added openscad file with customizable radius/height params and a bunch of different radius/height stl files (check the file names).<br><br>I've only tested the 1cm radius by 2cm length. There might be bridging required for a bigger radius.<br><br><strong>Update 2</strong>:<br><br>After the first update the lid wouldn't close too well. Fixed.<br><br>Also tested a 1 inch radius with 2 inch height. It's not pretty but works. There's some bridging issues but it stays closed and can hold stuff, so yeah…&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The OpenSCAD file needs the excellent BOSL2 library installed.
