I am a 3D printable design using PLA and TPU or other flexible filament options. The scale of the model can be customized through the Fusion 360 files, utilizing the 'scale_factor' parameter to accommodate different users while maintaining accurate connector sizes. The STL files are equivalent to a standard 3M L size half-face respirator. The holes for the straps are designed to fit standard shoelaces precisely. To optimize protection, I recommend starting with a version of the frontplate that omits the purge valve. This configuration is easier to refine and achieve precise results. The strap holder part is optional but highly recommended for printing in TPU, as it effectively secures the straps on the head by preventing movement.
