This is the second iteration of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1340098 You should use this file instead of the other one. Edit: 02/20: Added holes customization options, you can define their diameter and position for better positioning. Now you have different parameters for each tab, so left and right tabs don't have to be the same length. Edit: 02/14: Several changes were made: It's now easier to customize but harder to generate broken files The internal structure was changed to minimize bridging requirements, so your printer only needs to bridge one link at a time. A sturdier structure is created since half of the links are now hollow. Try using an odd number of links for easier calculations. When using an even number of links, the .scad automatically generates a 1/10th cap of regular length to keep things together. Depending on your settings, this cap can be a challenge to print. No screw holes are available yet; I'll add that option soon. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Change your infill and resolution as you see fit; I used .2mm @ 20% infill because that's my usual printing settings. Don't use support, as it will ruin the internal structure. If your slicer has this option, use "support only from build plate" to help with the curves. If links fuse together, increase internal tolerance &/or link spacing.
