Create a Parametric Photographic Filter Case - Edit the File for Desired Size and Generate with Openscad Simply edit the filter case file for your specific requirements and use openscad to generate a DXF file, ready for laser cutting. The design currently houses a single thin filter but you can easily modify it to accommodate thicker filters like variable ND or circular polarisers by adding extra layers. To make a box that fits multiple filters of various sizes, set the case size to a value large enough to accommodate the largest filter and generate a separate file for each filter size you need. The screw holes will align perfectly, allowing you to connect multiple boxes together using threaded bar instead of bolts to create a filter case of any width.
