Parametric pegboard pegs

Parametric pegboard pegs

Simple expandable pegboard design. Most prints take no more than 3 minutes. My pegboard has 1/4" holes with 1" spacing. To get a good size I circumscribed a square which ended up being 4.6mm. It slots in and is easy and strong to print. With a 25 degree angle and a fillet it can be pushed in and rotated, which makes it flush against the board sticking in fairly tight, the board does need some clearance behind for this to work. You can get really creative on what to hang, I even have a planted pot with an integrated peg. I've included STLs for everything on the board as well as some Solidworks parts you can tinker with. The parametric peg.SLDPRT is shaped like most of the other pegs and you can change: wall thickness, height, and depth with the equations. For those without Solidworks there's a pretty good selection of those mixtures I've uploaded as STL. Or just comment what size you want, I can quickly upload an STL with those dimensions.
