Parametric Parts Box Rack
thingiverse
Dollar Tree has these great little parts boxes that have 9 compartments, and they have fixed dividers so that small parts won't get mixed between the compartments. For a buck apiece they can't be beat. This project is a rack that will hold an arbitrary number of these little boxes. You can choose the number of box slots and tune the dimensions for other size boxes in the customizer. It can be printed without supports if printed on its back (curved area up). I have the default slot count set for 7 box slots, because that's the largest that will fit on a standard 200mm x 200mm print bed. If you need more, you can print additional ones and they will stack. They don't interlock with one another, but the feet from the upper ones will act as locating pins on the lower ones. A strip of tape down the left and right sides will keep them together. I printed mine with 100% infill and 0.3mm layer size. Because of its size, it will take quite a while to print. With these parameters, it took mine over 25 hours to print the 7-slot version.
