Parametric Mouthpiece 2.1

Version 2.0 of this mouthpiece is now parametric, allowing users to make a custom mouthpiece for any brass instrument using OpenSCAD. The previous version, 2.1, was compatible with Makerbot Customizer. To print the mouthpiece, use an ABS filament at 20% infill and 0.15 mm layer thickness on a Makerbot Replicator. Sand the rim with fine sanding paper (400). Tested values are available for trumpet, but trombone values need feedback. Share good values for tuba, French horn, etc., all in millimeters. Let us know if different settings yield better results.
