Parametric Mountainboard HTD5 Pulley (MBS Fivestar Bolt Pattern, Fusion 360 Files Included)
thingiverse
Designed to replace the breaks on an MBS Colt 90x, this swap should work for any MBS wheel with a matching bolt pattern, although you may need to find alternative bolts and spacers if not swapping it directly onto the colt 90x. Intended for use with 15mm wide belts, the gear is oversized to accommodate 20mm wide belts, providing extra space for slop and misalignment without belt edge run-off. I've successfully used mine printed from PLA, achieving around 15 miles with no issues, and it looks as good as new. I plan to reprint it in PETG or Nylon at a later time, but my current printer cannot handle these materials. *edit* Due to laziness, I didn't update the original text; instead, here is the new information: the old design cracked due to screw hole stress, and the new design addresses this issue. The new spacer provides extra width to account for wheel bulge when tires are inflated, though it could be slightly reduced (0.5mm-1mm) without compromising performance. This updated design incorporates parametric features, and I've included Fusion 360 files for your use. Additionally, I've uploaded STLs in various sizes; I left the old files intact simply because I dislike deleting content.
