Parametric Motion Isolation Nut

So, to get straight to the point, this isn't really designed for actual use. It's based on a discussion in #reprap about isolating a leadscrew motion from the carriage. They pointed out an overkill product: punk-couplings.co.uk/products/punk-nut/. And of course it just had to be modelled. Very tiny clearances should allow it to be printed in one piece, and it should work with any standard M8 leadscrew nut. Totally untested so far.
