Parametric modular drawer framework
thingiverse
After trying several drawers from Thingiverse, I decided to build my own custom design. My goals were clear: create a system that is easy to install, requires minimal print time, has a modular structure, and uses less filament than other options. I experimented with various designs before finally landing on one that met all of these criteria. Here are the key settings I used for printing: * 10% infill was sufficient for most parts, but be sure to print connectors at high resolution. * A plastic hammer helped me connect the sticks together, making installation easier. * Gluing knobs after printing is a good idea to ensure they stay secure. To build the drawer shown in the picture, you'll need to print: * 24 stick_4x4x50.stl * 40 stick_4x4x100.stl * 18 connector_5.stl * 2 connector_3_v2.stl * 12 connector_4_v1.stl * 9 drawer.stl * 9 drawer_holder.stl * 9 knob.stl Other STL parts are available for different structures. I hope you enjoy building and using this custom drawer design.
