In this OpenSCAD script, create custom solids with a fixed height by adjusting the first parameter (size). To print the entire piece or individual halves, comment/uncomment module calls. Due to unsuccessful one-piece printing experience, assemble two parts instead and glue them together. PLA at 200C, 0.3mm layer height worked well for me. Note that the top part's slit opening may be smaller than the lower part's, affecting assembly; however, it still adheres without the slit.
