Parametric Magnet Caps - 506 sizes already downloadable !!!

<p>I had some random size magnets at home and I needed some whiteboard/fridge style simple magnet… so I open python/freecad and generated all possible magnet cap possible… <i>(and only printed the 5 I really needed…)</i></p><p>Anyway, now you have it too!</p><ul><li>Magnet <strong>Diameter</strong>: from <strong>D5mm to D50mm</strong></li><li>Magnet <strong>Height</strong>: from <strong>H2mm to H9mm</strong></li><li>When possible I generated <strong>a 10mm </strong><i>(big)</i><strong> &amp; 5mm </strong><i>(slim)</i><strong> total height versions</strong></li></ul><p>In total you will find <strong>506 downloadable variations</strong>. In addition I have uploaded the freecad file if needs be !</p><p>Advices on <strong>How to print/mount:</strong></p><ul><li>Main advice: Make it <strong>as light as possible</strong></li><li>No support, print top down</li><li>Add Magnet + super-glue, or just press fit it!</li><li>et voilà !</li></ul><p>To find the files you can <code>ctrl+F</code> in the “files” tab and then just search your dimensions "Dxx_Hxx". There is 1 folder per cap diameter.</p><p>Hope it helps !</p>
