Create a custom knife sheath by entering blade length, maximum width, and thickness in millimeters via the customizer. Measure carefully, adding extra 1-2mm for width and length, and 0.25mm for thickness. A blade thickness of 2mm is ideal for most kitchen knives. For tight sheath fit, make it about 0.25mm thicker than the blade's thickest part, usually near the handle. If the sheath seems too loose, use a butane torch or lighter to heat and reshape it for desired retention without wasting plastic.
