Parametric jigsaw puzzle

I was on the hunt for a jigsaw puzzle replacement six months ago, and it was time to retire my cardboard geocache puzzle. After scouring Thingiverse, I came across some potential candidates, but they fell short in terms of customization options. So, I decided to roll up my sleeves and create a fully parametric OpenSCAD model from scratch. The individual pieces are defined by a four-dimensional vector, where the edges can be straight (a=0), inward-bound (-1) or outward-bound (+1). Configurability is key, so I also added settings for corner rounding using a Minkowski operator (mink) and part spacing (diff). The OpenSCAD file comes with a pre-configured 5x4 jigsaw puzzle as well as a quick-print 2x1 test piece.
