This revamped interlocking tile design, based on makeme's 3D Interlocking Tiles, facilitates simple notch enlargement and enhances difference spacing. For printing or laser cutting, a 0.1mm oversize generally suffices; however, CNC cutting may require at least 0.5mm excess to address inner corner rounding.
