As I familiarized myself with Fusion 360, I chose to create a parametric hinge for aluminum extrusion profiles. This hinge boasts a 270-degree swivel radius. It is designed as a print-in-place part, where both halves of the hinge are interlocked, eliminating the need for any bolt. The following parameters can be modified in the Fusion 360 template: -Aluminum extrusion dimensions (such as 20mm, 25mm, or 30mm) -Desired distance between bridged profiles (0mm for touching profiles or more to create a gap) -Gap between interlocking joint parts (adjustable to match printer accuracy or output resolution) -Screwhole diameter -Screwhole fillet angle -Mounting plate thickness
