I made some adjustments to make removing the bottom cards easier by adding gaps around the edges, sorry about any inconvenience this might cause. Everything else in my design remains consistent with the original plan. After trying out a few designs for interlocking trays that use magnets, I stumbled upon Popsicle_peon's design and really liked it. However, after using it for a few weeks, I found the fit to be a bit too snug. I also thought that others might want to use sleeved cards for this and other games, so I decided to create a customizer based on Popsicle's design. The customizer has a lot of options to play with in the UI, and the code gives you complete flexibility. I made sure to comment it thoroughly to help those learning to code and also as a reference for myself if I need to come back to it. In the UI, some features are not adjustable, such as the base and walls being 2mm thick and the gap on each side being 28mm to allow most thumbs to fit inside. This means that the minimum sensible card width is around 35mm, which should be suitable for almost all cards out there. You're free to adjust the card width, height, and stack size as you see fit, and also tweak the "breathing space" around the cards if needed. You can also adjust this in the stack size (or Z dimension). I'm sure you'll figure out the rest by experimenting. If you do customize this, please share your customized result and give it a name that shows which card game (or sleeve size) you've optimized it for. I'd love to see some of your creations and table layouts using this system.
