Press-fit design - requires minimal finishing.InstructionsPrint cubes first, then print 1-2 pins at a time increasing the tolerance until the pin fits snugly in the cube. It should require some force to seat the pin in the cube but you can also use glue if desired. A small amount of glue can be applied into the closed end of the pin retention.Print two of those final pins and a hinge and assemble to test the tolerances between individual cubes, hinge cut-out widths and pins and adjust if necessary. You will need in total:1 x set of 8 cubes16 x Pins8 x HingesPrint only 4-6 pins at once so a single failure doesn’t ruin a lot of parts. The pins should be pushed through their target supports to prevent removing the bottom layers of the pin.You can use your chosen slicing software to split up the model for colouring individual cubes or for smaller printer beds. Triple check orientation of all blocks before beginning assembly as it is easy to mix up the various shapes.
