Parametric Idler Pulley Bearing

Parametric Idler Pulley Bearing

I needed four small diameter idler pulleys for a rolling plotter I'm designing. The inexpensive ones I've found don't turn well and I couldn't find a previous design that met my needs, so this is the outcome. I designed the pulley in both OpenSCAD and Fusion 360, and included the source files so you can adjust them to fit most any type of bearings. I created four sample STL files: Idler_Pulley_105zz_Bearings_L_Rev2.stl (loose fitting), Idler_Pulley_105zz_Bearings_T_Rev2.stl (tight fitting), Idler_Pulley_625-2RS_Bearings_L_Rev2.stl, and Idler_Pulley_625-2RS_Bearings_T_Rev2.stl. There are several variables you can change, but the first four are probably the only ones you'll need to adjust for different bearings.
