This is a parametric HTD5 pulley made in Fusion360. The design allows for customization by changing the number of teeth and the width of the pulley. I have added comments on other parameters, so mathematically inclined individuals can easily modify them as well. Note that I've assumed the bend point of the belt is at its center. If you prefer a tighter fit, reduce the outer circle diameter by adjusting the "-(3.8-2.06)" value to a smaller number, thereby decreasing the offset. To change parameters in the Fusion360 model, download it from this link (generated by the share button) and open it in Fusion360. Then go to Modify > Change Parameters, where you can apply your desired changes. The model dimensions are based on and its design methodology inspired by Richard's guide: https://capolight.wordpress.com/2018/06/16/full-guide-to-creating-a-htd-timing-pulley-in-cad-fusion-360/. I sourced dimension data from his site, drawing inspiration from his design strategy. Thank you! The parametric model can be downloaded here: https://a360.co/2T9C2Gj. I've successfully printed this pulley with 20 and 30 teeth, making only the numTeeth parameter adjustment. Please let me know if there's room for improvement. Best regards, Daniel
