This is a highly customizable hinged case, primarily designed for game tokens that are frequently used during board games. It allows users to quickly create a tray by specifying its outside dimensions (height, width, length). Key features include: Height, length, and width can be entered as inside or outside dimensions, giving users flexibility in their design choices. The wall thickness is fully customizable, allowing for precise control over the case's structure. A small notch can be added to the base of the case, enabling easy retrieval of flat objects at the bottom without increasing the overall size. The hinge portion of the case utilizes a 1.75 mm filament as the hinge pin. A piece of this filament is cut to size and inserted through the hole. This design works seamlessly with Parametric Token Trays (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3117039) and Parametric Token Bins (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3117049). When saving or rendering the SCAD file, users can view both inside and outside box dimensions, allowing for precise calculations of maximum box sizes that can fit within the tray. Typically, 0.5 mm is used between each box/tray in the case and between the sides of the case and the trays, while a 1.0 mm clearance is maintained between the top of boxes and trays inside the case.
