Parametric Hex Bit Holder This 6.35mm / 1/4" hex bit holder is designed to accommodate standard hex bits of various sizes, scaling up to large dimensions as needed. I have successfully rendered a 100x100 version of this design in Fusion 360 and printed it on my 2013 I5 laptop within 5 minutes. Side Note on Accuracy Upon testing the print quality, I noticed that my machine tends to undersize holes. To address this issue, I created a test print with multiple hole sizes. The hex diameter of 6.95mm fit snugly, but I decided to use 7.15mm as a more suitable size. Update: June 28, 2020 I have made significant improvements to the design, including adding a plug to block holes and make it easier to identify missing or oversized parts. Additionally, I tweaked some values to create a more compact unit while maintaining sufficient space for bit selection.
