A Creo Parametric involute herringbone gear generator enables customization via adjustable parameters such as diametral pitch, number of teeth, pressure angle, width (thickness), and herringbone twist angle. To personalize each model, access "model intent > parameters." The default bore, a 1/2 hex, is modifiable using the "bore" extrusion sketch. Additionally, the "inlay" sketch and extrusion depth in one of the models demonstrate material removal for enhanced printing efficiency. Note that the assembly does not portray accurate meshing.
