I created this custom handle for a budget-friendly set of jeweler's files from Harbor Freight. It is a modified version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46404, built with Customizer! at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=46404. The second handle has a sleeker design, is not based on parameters, and was designed using Tinkercad: https://tinkercad.com/things/lEZd6yhFmO5. Follow these instructions to use the settings below: Use Handle_Height = 60. Set Neck_Height at 4. Place build_plate_manual_y at 200. Position build_plate_manual_x at 200. Adjust Hole_Diameter to 3.5. Change Hole_Shape to 30. Increase Grip_Radius to 3.0. Modify Grip_Elements to 10. Enlarge Guard_Diameter to 24. Adjust Hole_Depth to 45. Set Handle_Neck_Diameter to 20. Alter Handle_Top_Diameter to 25. Choose build_plate_selector at 3. Increase Grip_Smoothness to 20. Enlarge Guard_Edge_Thickness to 4. Modify Percent_Grip_Depth to 50.
