I've only uploaded STL files of ukuleles because my printer can't print anything larger than that. But I made it parametric in many areas so you can easily scale up the design to create a full-sized guitar by adjusting some parameters. If you want to customize it, copy ukulele.scad and modify the parameters there. I successfully printed with a small ukulele and it was satisfactory, but I'm uncertain about bigger ones. Sorry for the lack of documentation. If you encounter any issues, please leave a comment. I utilized syvwlch's library to generate the worm gear at www.thingiverse.com/thing:8821. Update: This project didn't meet my expectations. I printed it with standard PLA and 60% infill. A year later, its neck is bent and strings are floating almost an inch in the center, and I couldn't fix it. The tuning gears have also broken. Check out the latest updated pictures. You can attempt using stiffer materials, but I don't believe the current dimensions are feasible for FDM printers. I'm considering my next try at making a novel string-tuning method, and I might use aluminum extrusion as a guitar body someday.
